Refund Policy

At UrbanLabs Healthcare, we maintain a transparent refund policy for all users. Please read the following terms carefully:


1. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund will be provided only if the booked test is not performed.
  • Once a test is performed (fully or partially), no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.

2. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only through bank transfers to the original account used for payment.
  • The refund timeline will depend on the respective bank’s processing time, and UrbanLabs has no control over delays caused by banking systems.

3. Payments Made to UrbanLabs

  • Refunds are applicable only if the payment has been made directly to UrbanLabs.
  • If no payment has been received by UrbanLabs, we are not liable for any refund.

4. Payments Made to Diagnostic Labs

  • If the payment has been made directly to a diagnostic lab/center, UrbanLabs will not be responsible for refunds.
  • In such cases, any refund request must be settled directly between the patient and the diagnostic lab.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • If a user cancels the test or fails to appear for the appointment, no refund will be provided.
