Ultrasound KUB
Ultrasound KUB (Kidneys, Ureters, and Bladder) with PVR (Post-Void Residual) is a non-invasive imaging test that evaluates the urinary system. The KUB ultrasound assesses the size, shape, and condition of the kidneys, ureters, and bladder, while the PVR measurement determines the amount of urine left in the bladder after urination. This combined test helps diagnose conditions like kidney stones, urinary retention, bladder dysfunction, and other urinary tract abnormalities.
