Ultrasound Residual Urine PVR
Ultrasound for residual urine (PVR - Post-Void Residual) measures the amount of urine remaining in the bladder after urination. This non-invasive test helps assess bladder emptying efficiency and diagnose conditions such as urinary retention, bladder dysfunction, and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It uses sound waves to create images of the bladder, providing accurate measurements to guide diagnosis and treatment.
